Dhir is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in
England and Wales (ICAEW).

Dhir Shah brings over six years of dedicated audit and assurance experience to his
role as Audit Senior.

He specialises in statutory audits and assurance engagements for clients in the pharmaceutical, charity and information technology sectors, applying robust technical knowledge of UK GAAP (FRS 102) and IFRS to deliver reliable and compliant financial reporting.

In addition to leading full-scope audits, Dhir’s responsibilities also include:

• VAT Reviews: Conducting detailed reviews of client’s VAT processes and returns to ensure regulatory compliance.

• Limited Assurance Assignments: Executing focused assurance engagements under UK standards, providing stakeholders with confidence in selected financial information.

• Financial Statement Reviews: Overseeing preparation and critical review of year end financial statements, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to UK GAAP and IFRS.
