Vidya is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of
Commerce (Honours) degree in Accounting and Finance.

She brings diverse experience in audit and advisory services across India and the UK. In India, Vidya focused primarily on internal audits in various industry sectors, supporting clients with process improvements. In the UK, her work has been centred on managing statutory audits in compliance with UK auditing standards.

She currently manages a specialised portfolio consisting of UK-registered companies, charities and UK subsidiaries of international groups. Her assignments include limited review engagements as well as statutory audits of large UK companies and charities (conducted in accordance with the Charities SORP).

Her client portfolio spans companies in the pharmaceutical industry, information technology (including software development, IT consultancy, and technology-enabled service providers), and the not-for-profit sector.
