Naman is a member of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of India (ICAI) and holds a Bachelor of
Commerce degree in Accounting and Finance.

Naman has over seven years of experience delivering high-quality assurance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, ranging from SMEs to large multinational groups. He has worked extensively across a variety of sectors, including Pharmaceuticals, Technology (software and consulting), Media, Renewable Energy and Manufacturing.

He has significant experience leading end-to-end audit engagements under both UK GAAP and IFRS, delivering efficient, tailored, and value-driven solutions. His expertise also includes limited assurance assignments, such as reviews for UK subsidiaries and branches of
internationally listed companies.

In addition to assurance services, Naman supports clients with complex financial reporting and valuation matters. He offers GAAP advisory services, assisting with the application of complex accounting principles and addressing a wide range of technical accounting matters. He is also experienced in conducting due diligence work for both acquirers and companies preparing for sale, providing valuable insights and support throughout the transaction process.

Naman has also supported companies in preparing for listing in India, including converting subsidiary financials prepared under UK GAAP to Ind AS, and assisting with other documentation required for submission as part of the listing process.”
