Bhavita is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants In England and Wales (ICAEW) and holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Accounting and Finance.

She specialises in medium and large company audits for a niche portfolio of UK subsidiaries and branches of international companies.

She also undertakes limited review assignments, client asset limited assurance reports for the Financial Conduct Authority and financial due diligence assignments for business takeovers.

Bhavita has experience of more than 14 years in the preparation and audit of financial statements prepared in accordance with UK GAAP and IFRS.

The portfolio of clients includes SME’s and large multi-national organisations in industry sectors including Pharma, Technology, Professional services, Manufacturing, Investment Property and Financial Services.
