Derek is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of our leadership team board.

He provides strategic advice to the firm’s senior management team on an ongoing basis under this role.

Derek is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accounts and the Institute of Management Consultants and has considerable experience of dealing at a very senior level with the business and management issues confronting organisations both nationally and internationally.

Derek’s previous role as UK Managing Partner of a global accounting practice, coupled with his experience as Chairman and Chief Executive of an independent financial advice business, has set him in good stead to provide advice and he is recognised as an able implementer of change.

He is frequently asked to present on the issues concerning senior executives in commerce and the professions in both the U.K. and overseas in Canada, North America, Sri Lanka, Singapore and many European countries.
