Rajesh is an international tax specialist and until recently headed the international tax team at Smith & Williamson, a leading firm of accountants and wealth managers in the UK. Rajesh spent 21 years as a partner at Smith & Williamson and prior to that worked in international tax at Deloitte and Grant Thornton.

Rajesh has advised on the structuring of corporate transactions, demergers and reorganisations in the UK and internationally. He also advises clients in the real estate sector, in particular, overseas investors and developers of commercial and residential properties.

Rajesh has worked extensively with family offices on a cross-border basis and deals with structuring for UK residents and non-domiciled families.

Rajesh was the Chairman of the International Tax Committee of Nexia International, a leading international network of accountancy firms and co-authored several editions of the Nexia International Tax Handbook. He also headed the Transfer Pricing Business Group at Nexia International for several years
